What it involves
Maintenance is not an expense that can be put off: it is what keeps the device available and what the regulation requires. Quirurgil services the more than 30 brands it represents with engineers trained directly by each manufacturer and with original spare parts.
Preventive maintenance
- Scheduled routines following the interval and protocol each manufacturer defines
- Cleaning, adjustment, parameter verification and calibration
- Replacement of the wear parts the manufacturer specifies
- A technical report per visit, for the device's service record
Corrective maintenance
- Fault diagnosis and a quotation before any work is done
- Repair with the manufacturer's original spare parts
- Operating tests before the device goes back into service
- A report with what was found, what was replaced and what is recommended
