A sequential pneumatic compression device to prevent deep vein thrombosis in the patient who stays in bed. Multi-chamber sleeves inflate and deflate in stages over the leg or foot, which speeds up blood flow, reduces pooling and keeps clotting factors from gathering on the vessel wall.
